Moving In-Move Up Small Business Loans (Dover Community Development Block Grant Program)

  • Low interest loans to businesses in Downtown Dover target area that will create or retain jobs likely to be filled by low income people, or provides services to the low and moderate income community, or remove blight. Up to $15,000 per loan.
